Email us at contact@aoex.be with your store address (yourstore.myshopify.com) and a short description of the issue. We reply within 1 business day.
Quick setup
- Install Seekly from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin. Your products are indexed automatically.
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Open App embeds (the puzzle icon) and turn on Seekly search, then click Save.
- Visit your store and try the search: results, suggestions and filters now come from Seekly.
The Seekly dashboard in your admin also has a button that opens the theme editor with the embed already selected.
FAQ
How long does indexing take?
Usually a few minutes for small catalogs, longer for large ones. Progress is shown on the Seekly dashboard, and product changes are synced automatically afterwards.
Which languages are supported?
Seekly understands queries in many languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Dutch, and tolerates typos and missing accents.
How do I uninstall?
Uninstall Seekly from Settings → Apps in your Shopify admin. Nothing is left in your theme, and all your store data is deleted, as described in our Privacy policy.
